Q: How do I shop at Punkey Monkey? A: All of our items are made to order. Custom requests are welcome or you may choose from our items that are listed with shopping carts if you prefer. If you are interested in having us create a special item for you, simply use the Email buttons posted throughout the site and tell us your needs. Everything from clothing to linens is possible and you will get to choose your fabrics via email! Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We gladly accept all forms of payment via Paypal.. This includes: Credit cards / electronic checks / balance transfers. If using a debit card, it will need to work like a credit card. All credit card and electronic check payments will be processed thru Paypal. YOU DO NOT have to be a Paypal member to use our checkout service. It is fast and completely secure and there are NO added fees. Simply follow instructions thru checkout or feel free to contact us with any questions you have. Q: I love the catalog items but can I request a custom design? A: Yes! We love custom requests! Simply use the email button below or on the home page, and let us know what your needs are. You will be able to choose and approve your fabric designs via email before ordering or making payment. Q: How will my item be shipped and how much does it cost? A: If shipping within the United States or to a APO/FPO address your item(s) will be sent via Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International orders are welcome but you will need to pay for Global Priority air mail costs. Q: What brand of overalls & shortalls do you use? A: We use a variety of brands. Most often, we use Old Navy or Arizona but if you prefer a different brand just let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. Q: How do I choose the design for my loungewear or pajamas? A: Simply email us and let us know what type of design or theme you would like for them and we will do our best to find a variety of fabrics in your desired print and then email you pictures of swatches to choose from. Q: How do I care for my Punkey Monkey items? A: We really try to design each pair of overalls & shortalls with items that are machine washable but in the event that they are hand wash only, we will include a hang tag on your overalls telling you so. You do want to turn your overalls and sweatshirts inside out before washing! This will help the designs stay bright and true. Wash in cold water and never use bleach. We recommend hang drying and then tumble dry on low heat to loosen up the denim before wearing. All quilts and other linens are cold wash / cold rinse and tumble dry on low heat. Loungewear and pajamas are cold wash / cold rinse and tumble dry low heat. Q: What is your return policy? A: Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns. We simply had too many people trying to send back clothing after parties, pics, etc., claiming they had not been worn. Q: Do you only take orders for children's clothing ? A: No, we are happy to do items in Juniors & Adult up to size XL. Q: I saw an item that you listed on Ebay but it was not in my size, can I order it here? A: YES!!! You are more than welcome to put in a custom order request. As long as we have the necessary items, we will be happy to make one for you.
